How can I delete my account?

You can delete your Knowunity account either via the app or via our website. In order to verify your identity and to comply with our General Data Protection Regulation, you must first log in and identify yourself. Please note that once your account is deleted, all your data will be lost. As a result, your content may be deleted on the Knowunity account and you will no longer be entitled to your credit as this action is irreversible.

• Delete account via the website

Go to the following website: https://knowunity.co.uk/profile.

Log in with your details. On the profile page in the settings, you will find a button at the bottom that will allow you to delete your account.

• Delete account via the application

Open the Knowunity application on Android or iOS. Go to your profile in the top right corner. Scroll down to "Privacy & Help". There you can click on "delete account". Indicate the reason as to why and you can delete your account.

If you are a knower, you will receive an email from us, especially if you have content published on your profile.
