How do I request my money from my Knowunity wallet?

You can request money from your wallet in the Knower section of your profile — you will be required to fill out some payment details, that way we can transfer the money to you.

Keep in mind, we have a minimum requirement of what you need to transfer for it to be possible. For a bank transfer, you need a minimum of £2.50, for PayPal you need a minimum of £2.50.
