How can I unblock my account?

We understand that you may be willing to improve your behaviour, and in accordance with DSA regulations, you can appeal the decision made to restrict you on our platform.

From the email you used to sign up with, you will have received an email notifying you in regards to the action taken against your account, which will also reference the reason behind the action taken.

Within this email, you will be given an opportunity to appeal this decision, by clicking “this form”; which is a hyperlink on the email. You will then be able to explain why you should be unblocked.

This will be sent to our team to review, and you’ll be notified upon the appeal decision.
