If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it in the "forgot password" section. Enter your email address here and click on the "send request" button. You will then receive an email with a link. There you can choose a new password. In the same section you will find the option ‘change email address’.
If you used the "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple" button when registering, use these buttons when logging in in the future as well.
