Can I get a refund?

The way of requesting a refund depends on where you bought your subscription:

  1. I bought my subscription through the Knowunity website.

If you bought your subscription through the Knowunity website, please contact us through our support website and submit a ticket there. Please write “refund subscription” in the ticket subject and provide us with your Knowunity username and the e-mail address that you used to purchase the subscription.


    2. I bought my subscription through the app (app store or google play store).

If you bought your subscription through the Knowunity app, you also have to request a refund from Google/Apple. To request a refund you need to follow the steps from your app store. Below you can find the links to directly access the cancelation of the subscription (Android and iOS):
