How do I cancel the subscription?

The way you cancel your subscription depends on where you bought your subscription:

1. I bought my subscription through the Knowunity website.

If you bought your subscription through the Knowunity website, please contact us through our support website and submit a ticket there. Please write “cancel subscription” in the ticket subject and provide us with your Knowunity username and the e-mail address that you used to purchase the subscription.

    2.  I bought my subscription through the app (app store or google play store).

If you bought your subscription through the Knowunity app, you also have to cancel it through your own app store or google play store. To cancel your subscription, you need to follow the steps from your app store. Below you can find the links to directly access the cancelation of the subscription (Android and iOS):

If you want to request a refund for your purchase, please FIRST request the refund before canceling your subscription. Otherwise you won’t be able to request a refund anymore.
